Manage Apps on Samsung Phone for Better Performance

Managing apps on your Samsung phone can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you have a lot of them installed. You can easily find and uninstall unused apps by going to Settings, then Apps, and selecting the app you want to remove.

Download and Install

To manage app visibility on your Samsung phone, you can rearrange, hide, and unhide apps with ease.

Rearrange on Screen

To relocate an app, touch and hold your desired app and then drag it to another part of the screen. You can also add a shortcut to the Home screen by touching and holding the app, and then tapping Add to Home.

Creating folders is another way to organize your apps. To do this, touch and hold your desired app, and then drag it onto another app. Release your finger; a folder will be created with your apps.

You can enter a name for the folder by tapping Folder name. You can also add more apps to the folder by tapping Add, and select a color for the folder's icon by tapping the color circle.

Sorting your apps and folders alphabetically is also possible. Tap More options, then tap Sort, and then tap Alphabetical order to do so.

Hide

Hiding an app on your device is a great way to declutter your Home screen. To do this, touch and hold an empty spot on a Home screen, and then tap Settings.
