Dispute Resolution
If you're facing an issue with your PhonePe account or transaction, don't worry, there's a way to resolve it. Customers can contact the PhonePe customer care by using one of the following numbers to escalate their complaint: 080–68727374 / 022–68727374.
To get started, simply dial the number and our support agents will raise a ticket accordingly. They'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Complaint Resolution
If you're facing any issues with eKYC or consent cancellation, you can reach out to the Merchant Inbound Support Team at 080-6872-7777 or 022-6872-7777. They're available 7 days a week from 7 am to 11 pm.
You can also expect a maximum resolution time of 30 days from the calendar date for onboarding and consent cancellation issues.
To initiate a chargeback with your bank, make sure to do it within 15 days of the payment date or the expected delivery date, whichever is earlier. You have up to 120 days from the payment date to file a chargeback.
You'll need to provide a screenshot of the order confirmation as proof for the chargeback.
