To see all apps on your iPhone, you need to know how to access the home screen and the app library. The home screen is the main screen where all your apps are displayed, and the app library is a separate screen that shows all your installed apps in a grid view.

To access the home screen, simply swipe left on your iPhone's home screen. This will take you to the next screen, which is the home screen. You can keep swiping left until you reach the last screen, which will show you all your apps.

To access the app library, you can swipe down on the home screen and tap the "Show All Apps" button. This will take you to the app library, where you can see all your installed apps in a grid view.

You can find the App Library by swiping left past all your Home Screen pages.

If you can't find an app in the App Library, you can use the search field at the top of the screen to search for it.

To open an app, simply tap it.

You can also expand categories by tapping on small app icons to see all the apps in that category.

To set up your iPhone to display apps in the App Library, go to Settings > Home Screen & App Library.

If you prefer to have apps on your Home Screen, you can choose to add them there instead of the App Library.

Alternatively, you can use Spotlight Search to find installed apps on your iPhone.

To use Spotlight Search, enter the app name into the search box.

If an app is not appearing in search, you can go to Settings > Siri & Search to enable the Show in Search option.

You can find all your iPhone apps in the App Library, which is accessible by swiping left past all your Home Screen pages.

To open an app from the App Library, simply tap it.

If you're having trouble finding a specific app, you can search for it by tapping the search field at the top of the screen and entering its name.

If you prefer a more organized look, you can browse the alphabetical list by scrolling up and down.

To expand a category and see all the apps in it, simply tap the small app icons.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, you can reset your Home Screen layout to put all of the default apps back into their original location, which will also put all of the new apps you've downloaded into alphabetical order.

To do this, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.

You can also choose to add a new app to your Home Screen or just the App Library by going to Settings > Home Screen & App Library and selecting Add to Home Screen or App Library Only.
