Google Fi's Simply Unlimited plan is getting a price increase. This change affects customers who sign up for the plan after April 1, 2023.

The new price for the Simply Unlimited plan will be $70 per month for a single line, a $10 increase from the previous price. This change may impact budget-conscious users who rely on Google Fi for their mobile needs.

For customers who are already subscribed to the Simply Unlimited plan before April 1, 2023, the price will remain the same.

Google Fi is raising its prices for the Simply Unlimited plan, effective in April. This change will affect new members starting today and existing members after April 4, 2024.

The price increase is for accounts with three or more lines, with the cost now being $90 per month for three lines, $100 per month for four lines, $125 per month for five lines, and $150 per month for six lines. The cost for individual lines and plans with two lines remains unchanged at $50 and $80, respectively.

Existing customers with active long-term promotions or financed devices before March 5, 2024, will maintain their original pricing until those commitments end. These accounts will receive plan credits to offset the price increase, but credits are forfeited if a member leaves the plan.

The price change is intended to "continue delivering high-quality product offerings and features", according to Google Fi. This price increase only affects the Simply Unlimited plan, and the benefits of the plan, including 35GB of data, calls, texts in North America, 5GB hotspot tethering, and smartwatch connectivity, remain the same.
