You can create a group chat on Samsung phones using the Messages app.
The group texts are only for sending texts, meaning replies will be shown in the chat thread of the contact on your phone, not in the group message.
If you reply to a group message, the reply will go to the sender only, not to all group members.
When you send a group message, the recipients will only see your contact, not other contacts in the group. For them, the message will appear as a normal message, not a group message.
