A park is planned to be built on the territory adjacent to the tower, which will not only provide a beautiful green space but also create a more welcoming atmosphere for visitors. The tower's basement, which houses an underground bomb shelter, will also be opened to the public.

The observation deck at a height of 97 meters will be equipped with glass cabins, offering breathtaking views of the city in all directions. And, as an added bonus, two additional observation platforms will be installed at different heights, including one that will be open to the public.

It's expected that after the reconstruction, the TV tower will be able to receive up to 200 thousand visitors a year, which is a significant increase from the 30 thousand people who visited in the last year before it was closed for reconstruction.
