Gmail's built-in feature allows you to pop out emails, making it easier to multitask and stay organized. This feature is accessible to all Gmail users, regardless of their account type.
To pop out an email, simply click the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email and select "Pop out." This will open the email in a new window, allowing you to view it alongside other tasks.
Having multiple emails open at once can be a game-changer for those who need to reference multiple conversations simultaneously. It's a simple yet effective way to boost productivity.
Setting Up Gmail
Setting up Gmail is a straightforward process. To access your Gmail account settings, open Gmail on your computer and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
Clicking the gear icon opens a dropdown menu with several options, including Settings. Clicking Settings will take you to the Gmail settings page.
On the Gmail settings page, click on the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. This tab contains several settings related to POP and IMAP functionality.
In the "POP Download" section, you have two options: Enable POP for all mail or Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on.

Check Email from Other Accounts
You can check email from other accounts in Gmail by adding the account to your Gmail settings. This allows you to access and manage multiple email accounts from a single dashboard.
To add an account, go to the Gmail settings by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner. From there, select "See all settings" and then click on the "Accounts and Import" tab.
You can then click on "Add a POP3 email account" and enter the email address and password for the account you want to add. This will allow you to check email from that account in your Gmail inbox.
Note that you can also use the "Check mail from other accounts" feature to retrieve email from other accounts, but this requires a Google account to be set up on the other account as well.
