Getting started with MSU OneDrive is easier than you think. You can access your OneDrive account through the Microsoft Office 365 portal, which is available to all MSU students, faculty, and staff.

To get started, simply visit the MSU OneDrive website and click on the "Sign In" button. You'll be redirected to the Microsoft Office 365 login page, where you can enter your MSU email address and password to access your account.

Once you're logged in, you'll see your OneDrive dashboard, which displays your available storage space, recent files, and other important information. You can use this space to store and access your files from anywhere, at any time.

With OneDrive, you'll have access to 1TB of cloud storage, which is perfect for storing large files, such as videos and photos. This means you can say goodbye to cluttered desktops and hello to a more organized digital life.

Getting Started

To get started with MSU OneDrive, you'll need to create an account if you don't already have one. This can be done by visiting the MSU OneDrive website and following the prompts.

The account creation process is straightforward and should only take a few minutes to complete. You'll need to provide some basic information such as your name, email address, and password.

To share files, you'll need to navigate to the location of the file you want to share. From there, hover your cursor over the file and click the Share icon, which looks like an arrow pointing right.

You can also edit sharing settings by clicking the Gear Icon. This will give you more control over who can access the file. To return to the previous menu, simply click Apply.

To share the file with someone, enter their email address in the pop-up window. Once you've done this, click Send in the lower right corner of the window to share the file.

Manage OneDrive Access

Managing access to your OneDrive files and folders is a straightforward process. To start, hover your cursor over the file or folder you want to manage access to.

Click the More Options (3-Dots) icon to the right of the folder name. This will reveal a drop-down menu with various options.
