
To get iCloud Drive access on all your devices, you'll need to set up iCloud Drive on each device individually. This includes your iPhone, iPad, Mac, and PC.

Once you're signed in, you can enable iCloud Drive on your devices. For example, on your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive, and toggle the switch to turn it on.

Accessing iCloud Drive
To access your iCloud Drive, start by opening the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Using iCloud Drive
You can access your iCloud Drive files from a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer by going to icloud.com/iclouddrive and signing in to your Apple Account.
To manage your files and folders, you can download and upload files, remove files, create new folders, and rename folders directly on iCloud.com.
You can also use the Files app on your iPhone or iPad to view your iCloud Drive files and folders, and navigate through them to choose where you'd like to save new files.
To set up iCloud Drive on your Mac, go to Apple menu > System Settings, then click your name, and click iCloud. If prompted, sign in with your Apple Account, and under Saved to iCloud, click Drive, then turn on iCloud Drive.
You can also set up iCloud Drive on your iPhone or iPad by going to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, tapping Drive, and turning on Sync this [device]. A list of apps appears below iCloud Drive, and when you turn on an app, it can store data in iCloud.

On Your Mac
To set up iCloud Drive on your Mac, go to the Apple menu and choose System Settings, then click your name at the top of the sidebar. If you don't see your name, click "Sign in" and enter your Apple Account email address or phone number, then enter your password.
You can find your iCloud Drive files and folders by opening the Finder and clicking iCloud Drive in the sidebar. If your Home folder isn't located on your internal disk, or is a non-APFS volume, you must move the Home folder to an internal disk before you can set up iCloud Drive.
To turn on iCloud Drive, click iCloud, then click Drive (or iCloud Drive), and select or turn on any of the options. You can also view your iCloud Drive files and folders by clicking iCloud Drive in the sidebar of the Finder.
If you already use a feature from another cloud provider that syncs or manages your Desktop and Documents folders, you need to turn it off to use the Desktop & Documents feature. This is because iCloud Drive won't automatically merge files from multiple Macs.

Here are the steps to add your Desktop and Documents folders to iCloud Drive:
- Turn on Desktop and Documents in iCloud Drive settings.
- Files from your second Mac will be stored in a folder with the same machine name as your second Mac.
- Files from your second Mac won't automatically merge with the files on your first Mac.

Managing iCloud Drive
