
Viewing your Google Duo call history records is easier than you think. You can find the call history records by opening the Google Duo app and tapping on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.
To access your call history records, you'll need to tap on the "Calls" tab. This will show you a list of all your recent calls, including missed calls and calls you've made.
You can also view your call history records on the web by signing in to your Google account and going to the Google Duo website. From there, you can access your call history records by clicking on the "Calls" tab.
Google Duo's call history records are automatically saved for 30 days. After 30 days, the records will be deleted.

Accessing Google Duo Call History
To access your Google Duo call history, you can try one of the following methods. You can check through the native phone app that comes with your device by granting the Duo app permission to your Call log.

To do this, tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the Duo app, select Settings >> Call Settings >> “Add Duo calls to device’s call history” and accept the permission. This will allow you to view your call history on Duo.
Another way to view your call history on Duo is by viewing the full call history. Basically, at the bottom of the home screen of the app, you see the icons of the profiles of contacts you’ve recently contacted and then you swipe up to see the full history.
You can also access Google Duo call history from the phone app. To do that, you need to give permission to the Duo app by opening Duo > three-dot menu > Settings > Call settings > Add Duo calls to device’s Call history and accept it.
If you make calls to a few contacts regularly, you can add those contacts on the home screen for faster access. Just open the Duo, tap on the contact you want to add to the home screen, tap on the three-dot menu and select the option Add to the home screen.
The data in your call log file, which will be downloaded as a CSV file, comes in five columns: Time, Other ID, Direction, Duration (seconds), and Self ID.

Downloading Google Duo Call History
You can download your Google Duo call history for various purposes, such as reviewing your activity or checking for unauthorized calls.
To do this, you can follow these steps:
- On your Android device, go to the three-dot menu button, tap on Help&feedback, and select Export call history.
- On your iOS device, go to the three-dot menu button, select Settings, then About, terms & privacy, and finally, tap on Export call history.
- On the web, visit duo.google.com, click on Settings, and then click on Call log and select Download.
Once you've downloaded your call history, you can view it as a CSV file in any spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel. This file will contain five columns: Time, Other ID, Direction, Duration (seconds), and Self ID.
