Connection Issue with New Profile

If you're having trouble connecting to eduroam after adding a new profile, try forgetting the eduroam WiFi network.

  2. Download and choose Brown University as your organization.
  3. Click on the installer to download.
  4. When asked to login, use the following format: [Your device should then connect to Eduroam if on campus.]

Remember to change the order of your preferred networks so that Brown is given priority over eduroam. This will prevent you from accidentally connecting to eduroam while on Brown's campus.
