To set up a Cisco IP phone for conference calls, first ensure that your phone is registered on the network. This is typically done by plugging in the phone and following the on-screen prompts.
The Cisco IP phone has a dedicated button for conference calls, usually marked with a "Conference" or "MeetMe" label. This button initiates the conference call process.
To start a conference call, press the "Conference" button on your Cisco IP phone. This will bring up a list of available conference bridges, where you can select the desired bridge to join.
Conference bridges can be configured to allow a specific number of participants, and some models may also have a "Hold" feature to temporarily remove a participant from the call.

Connect IP Phone
Connecting your IP phone is a straightforward process. First, remove the existing network cable from your PC and connect it to the middle port (10/100 SW) on your phone.
This cable will go to the network jack on the wall. You'll also need to connect the cable inside your phone box to your PC's Ethernet port and the outside port on your phone, marked 10/100 PC.
After connecting your phone, it will go through a setup (boot up) period. During this time, let it go through its boot up without disturbing it.
Your phone will be ready to use when the date and time appear on your LCD screen.
