- Select Save.
- Select Don't send or Send regarding whether or not you want to send invitation emails to the Google Calendar event guests.
Alternatively, you can set up a Gmail-Google Calendar integration to create Google Calendar events from new Gmail emails. This will automatically create a new Google Calendar event for you, set by default to start at the time the email is received and end 5 minutes later.

To access your Google Calendar on Gmail, you can follow these steps:
Open Gmail in a web browser and sign in to your account if you aren't already.
Click the calendar icon at the top of the vertical icon bar running along the right of your inbox. It's a blue calendar icon with the number 31 inside.
To see a different day's schedule, click on the date above the calendar and select a date.
You can switch to schedule view by clicking on the Schedule button above the calendar.
Clicking the pop-out icon at the top-right corner of the calendar bar will open your full calendar in a new browser tab.
