Move Those Joints-Therapeutic Exercise for Arthritis I bought this video for my 81 year old mother. She has suffered with Arthritis pain and limited movement in all her joints for years.Since most of the exercises are done sitting in a chair she decided to give it a try. She has been doing the exercises for about 2 weeks, everyday ,and I can see a marked improvement not only in her mobility but also in her mood.I believe this exercise video will add many productive and happy years onto her life. Gentle exercise I was pleasantly surprised to find the instructor on this video is the same one on my Fresh Start video. Great instruction and inspiring. I only have mild arthritis right now but I think this is helping me stay more active. |
