great workout i have several fonda workouts and i must say in all of them you get your monies work. she doesnt stint and give you 20min wokouts.
i did this one today ran 47 min and i did work up sweat.it truly is low impact and i did not have to have a degree in choreography to keep up.
i am limited to floor space and was able to do most of moves in a 5'x5' space. funny hair and costumes but hey..used video was bargain.
What a fun way to get into shape This tape is very entertaining, with a lot of fun and easy moves. I recommend it to all beginners. Low Impact Aerobics I just bought this tape three weeks ago and have been "doing it" 3 days a week. I have lost 3 pounds by just increasing my aerobic activity, plus Jane Fonda's steps are fun! The music is great (I'm 48½ years old). If you don't mind the over-enthusiastic entourage of people working-out with her, plus a little comedic-refief in the form of a lost young man, you'll really enjoy this workout. I look forward to dancing with Jane, and plan to increase my workouts to 5 days a week. Great low impact workout This is an effective low impact workout for all fitness levels. It can be done with or without wrist weights. It really works the entire body. |
