Short, solid workout
This workout is compiled of the strength segments from Power Cardio, Maximum Cardio & Cardio Burn. It clocks in at about 45 minutes, but I think it does a adequate job of hitting most of the muscle groups. There are no leg presses in this video, but there are 2 sets of lunges & dips, 2 sets of hover squats, and 2 sets of killer plies. 1 set of the lunges/dips in one of Carissa's segments is rather short so you can really heavy up on the weights if you like. The lunges that are in one of Tamela's segments are done rather fast, I personally do static lunges instead. Regarding the upper body, it is covered pretty well, they have bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, french press, tricep dips, bent over rows, upright rows for shoulders, and of course several sets of pushups for chest. I myself usually do a set of pec flies and bench press in place of these. There are also some compound movements in one of Dale's segments, where you are doing plies w/overhead press, then french press with toe taps, then some biceps etc. As far as abs go, there are 2 segments for these, 1 is rather short, they are good enough for me, but some might want more ab work. All in all, a solid workout for those days that you don't have a lot of time, and for those who dislike leg presses, there is not a one in this video.
