Este video es muy completo. Se lo recomiendo a las poblaciones hispanas. Excelente vista, "cueing", fácil de seguir, muy bien hecho desde la música hasta las rutinas. Trae inf. sobre nutricion, bien valiosa y sencilla.

I enjoyed this exercise video very much. Its ability to trasmit this amount of knowledge in such an understandable manner is remarkable. It was fun and educational.

This is an absolutely marvelous exercise video. The energy of the participants is felt throughtout the session. Their knowledge is easily and effectively transmitted. Is the doctor a real doctor? She looks like a professional actor. She adds fun and profesionalism to the video. Can we have more of these available soon?
A must for those who have been away from exercise for a long
Like so many of us out there I've allowed my busy schedule to interfere with my need to take care of my physical conditioning and health. The decision to get out there and get moving is always plagued by a million reasons why there just isn't enough time. A dear friend gave me the fitness/nutrition video: "En forma tropical". Man oh man what a fun way to get beyond all the excuses and rationalizations and to just have FUN while regaining a healthy state. From time to time I've bought or been given other aerobics and exercise videos but I quickly became discouraged because you had to be a professional dancer to get the moves down....not "En Forma". The music is great, the moves are performable and the instructions clear and to the point. But never mind me...go on and get it...you won't regret it!!!
Fun, energetic, great music... you'll love it!
This is a Spanish exercise video that anybody can do no matter what your primary language is. It's a fun, energizing workout, easy to follow, and very complete. It includes aerobics, calisthenics, abdominal exercises, stretching, even nutrition. The music and the instructors keep you motivated through the entire routine, no to mention the beautiful scenery. The routine is divided in different segments to allow participants work at their own fitness level. It's great! Everybody should try this exercise video, once you do it once you can't stop!
