Blue's Clues - Stop, Look and Listen

Prodcut Description: [More Information ...]
This 51-minute video opens with Steve taking a new look at familiar surroundings. As Steve and his viewers play Blue's Clues to figure out what Blue saw outside, they get a glimpse of how perspective can change an object's appearance. Just watch how a paw print changes when reflected in a mirror or take a look at a bundle of sticks through a vase of water. The fun really begins when Blue offers Steve his kaleidoscope to view books, a butterfly, and Mailbox's letter. Steve and his young viewers also make use of perspective and deductive reasoning to help Squirrel figure out who's calling him. The second episode focuses on mysterious sounds around Steve and Blue's house. As Steve tries to discover what Blue just heard on the porch, he's intrigued by a variety of sounds. He listens to the dripping faucet, a rushing stream, and popping popcorn. Especially effective is Steve's silent walk home from the stream--complete with mime! Another fun sequence finds Blue and Steve adding sound effects to a silent movie. Once you've figured out the answer to Blue's Clues, curl up on the porch with the gang and enjoy the sounds of nature. (Ages 2-10) --Tami Horiuchi

Reviews:

VHS, Blues Clues
This movie teaches children about Railroad and Street crossings. Anything having to do with STOP, LOOK, and LISTEN are essential in educating our children. Important to stress caution and safety methods, us as parents are responsible for educating our children first and the schools second, and Blues Clues helps aid the parents in teaching our children morals, safety and smarts.

IT'S BLUE....nothing more needs to be said
Another WONDERFUL addition to my 3 year old's collection.

Blues Clues Love
We added this to our son's Blues Clues Collection. He watched it so much that he wore it out. We had to replace it after about 6 weeks. This is great for a Blue Fan.

This is a great video!
My son, Ben, loves this video! He is almost 3 and he love to sing along with Steve and mimic Steve's actions. I think this video also works for a wide range of ages. I know that when Ben gets older, he will still love watching Blue and Steve; he will enjoy these videos on a different level.

Blue's clues Birthday
My daughter love it so much, she like to mimic the "mail time..mail time.." and so on, and when she just focus her eyes on the TV then I can do my own stuff never been interrupted..ha!
