A "B" Movie with a good sting in its tale....
The acting in this "B" movie is saved from relegation into the "rubbish heap" by Julian Sands along with a fairly solid cast which has a few good names attached to it. Brigette Neilsen I must admit was quite wooden at first but she thawed out as the movie progressed, and she looked pretty damn hot in her space gear so she wasn't too bad in the end. Surprisingly this filmed on a budget movie has actually got quite a good plot going, a murder-mystery set in space, on the moon no less which is jointly run by the Americans and the Russians. Enter a handsome Russian Officer played by Sands, and a sexy American, Neilsen of course, throw a few bodies floating around in space, a plot that harkens back to the near end of the world some years ago, and a surprising twist in the tale and you have a neat little mystery that has you saying, "Oh!" at the end of it, "I wasn't expecting that!" Look out for the elegant Jane Lapotaire and the understated David Yip in their roles in this movie, both a really good and both help bolster this film to its sting in the tale finale...

Wow, this is a good one. Not so much for plot, but because I'm more of an "actor person". There are some fantastic close ups of Julian's face and hands in this. Brigitte Nielson is quite a beautiful tall woman too (even if her acting leaves something to be desired). Nice people to look at. Nice film work.
