Great product, bad service.
Amazon always has provided great products and great service. However this DVD came from Royal Video and was for my granddaughter's 4th birthday. It was to arrive in 3-21 days. I had hoped for the soonest. It took 23 days!! The video was great, but I will never order anything coming from Royal Video again, and will only stick with Amazon!

I would not use this seller as the DVD, that was supposed to be new does not work and I have not had time to try and track him down to return it but I need to.

The worst experience I have ever had, I never received Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (Disney Special Platinum edition) DVD. The seller never replied to any of my e-mails through Amazon.com, inquiring about the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (Disney Special Platinum Edition) DVD I purchased. I am still waiting for a full refund for the item & shipping fee that I was billed for merchandise that I did not received.
