defective
I just found out this morning the shoes I purchaed for my daughter are defective. One in-step is higher than the other. I am forwarding to her my e-mails from Amazon regarding this purchase and she will return the shoes. I will assume she will want another pair - same color, size, etc. and your company will comply. This is the first time an order from your company has been defective. Thank you for attending to this product.

A very nice fitting and walking shoe. Would tell anybody to buy these. My feet never get tired wearing them.

Shoes
No fault of the shoes, but a seam hit a sensitive spot on my foot. So I gave them to my sister-in-law. Maybe she can wear them; I can't.

runs very small
All of my other New Balance shoes are 7.5 D (wide width) and fit perfectly. I ordered these (New Balance WW558) in a size 7.5 D and they were way too small - far too narrow and a hint too short. I'm disappointed and now leery of ordering a different shoe online. I would order a size up and a size wider if I were to do over.

good shoe
I have a very wide foot and am very leary whenever I purchase a new walking type shoe. These shoes fit very nicely. The more I wear them the more I like them! I would buy them again in a New York second!
