What is access password for Real Spy Monitor ?

To prevent others from starting/stopping this product, when you run this product for the first time, you must enter an access password. Then next time when you run this product, it will prompt you enter the password to operate it.

How to configure this product to load itself on windows startup by stealth ?

You can click to "General Settings" form. Then check the following options "Load me on Windows Startup for all Users" or "Load me on Windows Startup under Current Username:", "Load me in ACTIVE Monitoring Mode" and "Run in Stealth-Mode"

Why Real Spy Monitor terminate in some time?

All monitoring intervals during trial period will terminate after 20 minutes. You have to get a full version to solve this problem.
Of course, sometimes a abrupt conflict with other application will cause this either. Please try to avoid running them together at same time.

How to set my own SMTP Mail Host to send logs via Email ?

Click to "Email Delivery" form. We have set a default SMTP Mail host for you, you can simply check the option "send logs via Email" and write you own Email address that is used to receive logs to "Send mail to" box.
If you want to use your own SMTP Mail Host, Please do not check the option "Use default SMTP Mail Host. Then fill in your own SMTP address and the username, password that your Email address provider offered to you. At the same time, make sure you have to change the box "Send Mail from" with your own Email address.

Should I inform my employees or others that they are being monitored?

Yes. Some countries may require this by law. In fact this product deter your employee or children from wasting time on chatting or playing or doing outlying things with working and study.

If the PC is not connected to the Internet , How can I receive logs via Email ?

No problem, If you check the option "Send logs via Email", Real Spy Monitor waits and continues to log activities, The report is sent as soon as the PC is connected to the Internet the next time.
