The first step creating a a panoramic photo on iPhone/iTouch4 is to take your initial leftmost/bottommost shot. Press the blue Camera button and then Panorama Camera 360 will display the imagse, you may delete the current image with red delete button if it's not good.
Next step you may instructed the turn right/up and take next shot. Panorama Camera 360 shows a translucent overlay of previous photo's edge, helping you line up elements in the next image.
