diet plan?

Program recommends less than 300mg of cholesterol per day and
less than 30% total fat calories per day. The National Academy of
Sciences recommends for safe and adequate daily dietary sodium
intake between 1100mg. and 3300mg. daily. The Gramslam diet plan

maintenance plan. Once you have reached your desired weight loss goal you
will most likely be concerned about not gaining your weight back. Chances
are very high that if you use the Gramslam diet format on and off
throughout your lifetime you will not gain your weight back. As mentioned

How much weight can I expect to lose on the Gramslam diet
