While seated straight up in your chair,
forward of the seat back, place the hands softly behind your
head. Slowly lift your left leg while lowering your right
elbow "down and in" toward the inside of your left knee. Your
goal is to touch your elbow slightly below the inside of your
knee. Return to the starting position and repeat the same
movement to the other side. After you have done one repetition
for each side you may count one. Nothing more, completely
simple and easy way to shape up your abs.
