 Description Are you concerned about what information is being accessed on your computers? WinGuardian is a useful monitoring and blocking utility designed to help small businesses and institutions monitor how their computers are being used. WinGuardian tracks what programs a user runs, logs any text that is typed into a program, logs all web sites that are visited, and even captures screenshots at various specified intervals. Logs can be reviewed to detect if a user is running inappropriate programs such as games or visiting web sites that your organization considers offensive. WinGuardian can run hidden on a system, or you can set up an acceptable use policy (AUP) that displays on the computer screen. If you choose to set up an AUP, the user must read and click on the Agree button before they are able to access the Internet. If users know that their actions are being monitored, they will be deterred from using inappropriate programs or viewing inappropriate web pages.
