 Introduction FontLib 98 was developed to help you find which font to use in certain circumstances. FontLib 98 allows you to assign your Windows fonts to sets, which can assist you in remembering how you use your favorite fonts. Version 2.9 of FontLib is currently shipping. It runs on Windows 9x, ME, NT and 2000. FontLib allows the user to preview fonts from any source - diskette, CD-ROM, local or network drive. Not only do you see the "friendly names" (Arial Bold, Arial Italic, Arial Bold Italic, etc.) but the sample text displays in the correct font - without the font being installed yet! When you decide which fonts you want to make permanent, select them and FontLib will automatically install them to your PC's Windows font directory. You can also permanently delete True Type fonts from your PC using FontLib 98. FontLib's unique feature is the activation of a set, a personalized group of fonts. Once a set is activated, only its True Type fonts are displayed in other applications' font lists. No more wading through hundreds of fonts looking for the ones you want to use. Print your font(s) to see how they will look in your future printed documents. Resize window or scroll to display up to 8 font sizes (8, 12,16, 24, 36, 48, 72 and 90pt.)
